Q Week1 - no PA requirement, just record baseline level of PA (this is typically zero for ~75% of students) You will not need a screen shot of your fitbit or garmin data. Simply fill in the chart attached. Physical Activity Log Week 1Goal: Record physical activity (PA) daily. To be included, activity must be at least 10 continuous minutes in duration. There is no goal for this week. Thus even if you record zero PA, you will not lose any points. We are simply capturing your baseline level of PA. Also- if you do not yet have your wearable device be sure to use this week to purchase and obtain your wearable activity tracker.
